I’m no apple fanboy but I love the free services I’ve gotten from them. I dropped my ipod mini and it wouldn’t start up. I sent it in and got a new one in a couple days, for free. The battery in my macbook stopped holding a charge. Known issue. Free battery after warranty was voided. A really little crack started in macbook and I took it in. They replaced the cover, along with the keyboard and touchpad. Free.
Yeah, I know I pay for that somewhere along the line but to get shit without paying on the spot is fantastic.
